I progressed the model through some iterations and since this was/is a learning process the original vectors are in another file...

Is there a way to identify where the bad vector is in space.. possibly the center point?

So just to follow up...

I was able to resolve my problem by measuring the oval that was jagged length and width.

Since the oval had flat points I was able to get good numbers, I then created 2 lines across my model space from corner to corner, since my model is centered in the space it gave me a center point for my new oval.

I then drew another oval with the dimensions I took from the original and then offset that oval slightly to the inside.
