texture pocket edges

hello all. what is the trick to getting a clean perimeter for a textured pocket? i used a 1/2 ball end bit and set the offset to .27 but it still is jagged. thanks in advance

Not sure what you mean by textured pocket. A picture is worth a thousand words...

here is the file as a jpeg. what i am talking about is the jagged edges as borders. i used half of the dim of bit as an off set.
