Modeling Units Cannot Be Converted?

Modeling Units Cannot Be Converted?

I converted my units from MM to inches in job setup and specified scale data with job.
The drawing units changed from MM to inches but my 3D model stayed in MM.

How do I change the modeling units at the same time?
