Rotary cutting of models - Mach3

Hi All,
Have just finished building a rotary attachment for my Mill. Are there any tricks to setting it up using Mach3 and can I carve 3D models such as figurines with Mach 3 ( using Mach 2/3-wrap Y2A ATX (.txt))) software?,
