Glad you did some testing. based on what I saw in my machine I had already cocluded it was in the leadscrew. Gonna change all of that soon anyway, so not a big deal right now. But it looks as though you found a climb/conventional cut issue as I did. Makes me feel better that I have not completely lost my mind....LOL. I did something else last night, I cut my wifes name out and told it to add tabs, They showed in the preview but did not come out in the part. I even cut it another time with larger tabs ( 1.2"w x .200tall) and it still did not cut them. I am in South Dakota for the rest of the week for work. I will try more when I get home to see if I can figure out the tab problem. As I said earlier....I love to experiment.
