New User Problem

Received my Vcarve Wizard version 2 software this morning. Am using Pacer3000HDS machine. With ATC.
After saving my Vcarve toolpath file with a toolchange and opening the file on my 3000HDS machine. The 1st tool was selected and cut the first path, but did not change tools before cutting the second path. Viewed the G-code programme in Wordpad and the tool change line was there. Please help?
