Overlapping Vector Images

Postby pd417 » Fri Nov 08, 2019 6:08 pm

Working on a project where I have two overlapping vector images in VCarve Desktop 9.5.
One image needs to be partially behind the other, so that when it's cut, only part of
it is visible/cut. Can't figure out how to do this.

Any thoughts?

Depends on exactly how you want it to look but reading any of the posts about stacked text will give you ideas.

Basically you need to play around with start depths on the toolpaths and you'll need multiple copies of the vectors.
