domed or arched rectangle

a few years back I made a box lid that was 8"l x 4"w 3/4" t it was arched I am positive it was a model that came with vectric then I added a dragon model on top that followed the contour of the arch now I can't find the model of the arched bar or remember how I created the arched bar that was square at the ends - Jeff

I used the 3D Tabs -> Circular_0.5 in the Clip Art
