Waves

Postby Marwellca » Fri Sep 06, 2019 12:56 pm

I am trying to recreate a wave pattern on a board for a project that the wife wants. Similar to picture I have included.

Can I do this in VCarve, I have Version 5.54, or do I need to go to Aspire?

I have tried to recreate something similar in a texture tool path but am having no luck.

You could try here:

Kind of low res but increase pixel count and apply a Guassian blur. You'll need Aspire to turn into a component. Then increase Z and add smoothing.
