Any tips for milling small aluminum parts, bit, router speed, etc?

Re: Aluminum
There are too many variables -- depth of cut, bit diameter, bit material, number of flutes, aluminum alloy being cut, spindle horsepower, possible spindle RPM available, machine rigidity, etc, etc -- to be able to give a simple answer. I find gwizard (https://www.cnccookbook.com) helpful for such questions. You can download a copy for a free 30-day trial.
Many routers have a minimum RPM that is too high for cutting aluminum although using a single-flute bit helps.
