i have been beating my head against the wall for quite awhile now try to make some box tops have done three diff files with same results instead of cutting at the top it will cut half way through or more redone and redone quite a few times always the same

Try zeroing Z off the top of your material

tried that and it worked i don't see how are why that would make a driff.

You've got the z-zero set to be the machine bed. Is that where you're setting it on the machine as well and have you verified it is setting correctly?

yes i was setting the machine to the bed on all of the files i was running ran 4 diff files 3 times checking everything over and over when i moved to the material surface every one worked fine
