Hi Everyone,
I am new to all this.
When I open a vector file I downloaded from shutterstock or someone else the single line item has two lines when it is opened in my Vcarce Desktop software. Is there a way to make the double lines a single line? I need a single line so I my CNC machine can cut "on" the line and not carve between the lines. I am making small pieces and when it cuts both lines the design is destroyed. Any help would be appreciated.
Hope all is well with you,
Andy R

Here is a double line topic viewtopic.php?f=27&t=31322&hilit=double+lines
Common issue, couldn't you simply delete one of the lines ? BTW, am pretty sure vcarve [and pockets] need 2 lines to do its thing, simple profile cut doesn't.

Correct! vcarve will ignore single open lines. You would need to use the profile toolpath for single lines. I suggest to watch some of the tutorials about vectors. It really helps!
