Super impose 2D view on to 3D view

Post by RayHari »

I want the ability to view the 2D view on top of the 3D view. Basically super impose the 2D onto the 3D view.
Is there a way to do that in vcarve pro version 9.5 ?

The 3D view is represented as a grayscale view in 2D and you can see 2D toolpaths in the 3D view but that's as far as it goes.

Why would you want to do that out of interest as there may be something you're missing?

Since the 3-D view is a grey scale it would be nice to "see" the vectors in the 3-D view to adjust components more accurately if needed.
In fact, I would like to "see" the vectors in the Sculpting viewer..
That would ensure for a better sculpted overall design in the end, I believe.
