Hi,
please take a look at the attached picture, I have 4X8 table, with 8 tool changer and V Carve pro.
is this possible to be done, and where to start to get such file or any thing close and will be modified.
I have seen on youtube A way simple machines with only one ball nose tool and does ever more sophisticated project than the attached one.
Please advice if there is such matching plans on line for sale.
Thank you.
is this possible on V Carve Pro?

Re: is this possible on V Carve Pro?
That particular design would require 3D tool paths which can be done in VCarve. But to create the design itself you would need a program such as Aspire. You would then take the STL file from the 3D design program and import it into VCarve to generate the toolpaths.
You could make a design that is similar using strictly VCarve, pocket, and profile toolpaths.
Some chip carving and fretwork designs can be done that way.

As Randall says that particular design would require a 3D model for some of the machining, if you found a suitable .stl file then you could create something similar, you can only use one .stl file per session with vcarve but I beleve you can use the same stl file more than once so creating a repeating patern like that is possible.
There are also other panels that you could create using 2.5D toolpaths, this tutorial demonstrates how, there is also a vector drawing tutorial that deals with the making of this panel

James Booth creates designs and machines work such as this using Aspire. You can look at some of his here ->here.
