VCarve Pro leaving a rib on my roatary job
Any idea why it is doing this? Ive changed nothing from the past jobs but it suddenly started not finishing the whole part.

On the finish pass set the Boundary Offset to slightly over 1/2 of the bit diameter.

Tried over 1/2 the diameter first, but the program then wanted to machine the ends of the part as well. Tried under 1/2 the diameter and it worked.
But why am I having to this now and never had to before? Any reasoning?
