Don't understand your sentence that you "could not get the outside vector to cut inside". The moulding toolpath I set up uses the inside vector as a rail, not the outside one. The outside vector is only used to cut out the part, and the cutout toolpath cuts on the outside of that vector, not the inside. The point of my post is that the inside vector, being used as a rail, DOES NOT have rounded corners. Do not check the "Create Sharp Corners" box, and you should get the rounded cut shown.

Here's the file. I added the foot to the sweep vector on this one to eliminate the little cup.

Okay I got it. Didn't get the not rounded corners. Could not download your file, seems it is Aspire.
Just learning this software so sorry if I seem a little slow on the pickup.

Here's the same file saved as VCarve file rather than Aspire.

Thanks Adrian, didn't really know what a "foot" was.

I thought you were across the pond in America, a foot is 12 inches

Don't think dealguy11 is refering to the bit connected to the ankle bone

Sorry couldn't resist, well it is Christmas

Oops, guess I was both obscure and unhelpful in posting an Aspire file. Sorry about that. If the vector I'm referring to was a foot long then I think it would introduce a whole new set of problems!

I'm talking about that little vector I added at the bottom of the sweep vector to force the bit down the curve. Looks to me like the vector has a foot.

Well Martin I guess I left myself open for that one. Ha Ha

Yes I am across the pond, but not America, Canada, and in my country we have a very confusing system for weights and measurements. We use the metric system for most everything but we still use the Imperial system for some. All lumber products are referred to as 2 X 4's or 4 X 8 sheet goods. For old timers like me feet and inches are what I grew up with but for my grand kids metric is all they know.

Same over here in the UK. It's all mixed up between metric and imperial despite everyone being taught metric since at least the mid 70's.
