The bits I used are in the pictures I posted. I don't believe you can successfully cut the teeth of the comb in the file you want to do. The plastic breaks too easily. My only suggestion would be to adhere some kind of rigid material to the back side of the record in an attempt to make the teeth of the comb rigid enough to survive being cut with CNC. A laser would be able to make the cut, but that is dangerous as it produces chlorine has when you cut polyvinyl chloride.
