Anyone have suggested feeds and speeds for carving a turkey?
Is there a different chip load for white meat vs. dark meat?
Happy Thanksgiving!

NYCNC did a pumpkin a few years ago. You might get something from that.

Yesterday, when doing our turkey, I use the Incisor Mill on the white meat and my wife used the Molar Mill on the dark meat. I know it's a little late, but I hope that helps for any leftovers.

Feed & Speed? Feed was 65 mph but not sure about the speed. Feather removal was a bit of a problem.
