Kyocera micro end Mills - where can I find chipload data?

Post by Mikehell »

I use lots of eBay drillman1 bits. Anyone know where I can find chipload data for any of these (Kyocera) bits? Does it exist?

Found the Kyocera catalog with info, but I have no idea what series these things are or how to find them in there

This chart from Vortex is a good starting point for bits 0.125" or larger: Vortex Chip Load Chart

This tutorial from the Precise Bits site helps with smaller bits: Finding the Sweet Spot When Machining with Carbide Microtools
