Job Sheet set up

I see that there is a place to have notes in the job set up sheet. I looked at the gadget set up and the notes is box is checked but I don't see where to add input them.
Can you point me to a video or tell how to do it.

The job sheet will incorporate the text of the project notes you find under the Edit>Notes menu.
