Calculate toolpath page doesn't close - VCP 9.508

Post by Bobtail Farm »

Perhaps I am misremembering, but lately I've noticed that the calculate toolpath page does not close upon calculation. Thought that it did (at least that is how i recall in prior versions). Wasn't able to locate a setting within Edit/Options. Might be there - just didn't recognize it if it is. The toolpath was there - just the page didnt close until I clicked the close button. What obvious fix did I miss?
Thanks.
Brian.

There are two options basically. How it's behaving for you now and having it go directly the Toolpath Preview screen when you hit Calculate.

You toggle between those two with the "Auto Open 3D View" in the Toolpath Settings section of the Options on the Edit menu.

If you have that set to Yes it will take you to the preview when pressing Calculate. You can temporarily override that by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking the Calculate button in which case it will stay in the form.

Look under " Edit, Options " then select yes for the " Auto open 3D View " .
