When I upgraded to vcarve 9.5 from 9.0 my gadgets did not move with the new version.
Is there something I did wrong or what do I need to do to get them in the new version.

Gadgets are not migrated between versions like this. Often they will have been updated to work with the new version (that's why you'll find V8 and V9 gadgets separately on the website). The safest option is to go on the website and re-install them. To install them, just open up VCP 9.5 and drag each one onto the view.
If they are Gadgets you've installed from other sources, go to the Gadgets folder in 'Vectric Files' and copy them from VCP 9.0 folder to 9.5
I'm afraid we don't have an automatic way of doing that at the moment.
