Virtually all of the CAM programs you are used to should have a post for WinCNC. Even tho there are hundreds of long time machinists here that do well with VCPro, it would be unrealistic to assume VCPro would work for everyones needs.

About "vectors": a catch-all term for any 2D entity (lines, polylines, curves, arcs, circles, etc.). I should use another term but I get so many files submitted in Adobe Illustrator format where vectors is the term used.

Various programs refer to them differently---Rhinoceros tends to use the term "curves" and AutoCAD, from what I remember, specifically refers to them by their function.

Below is my attempt at replicating part. No g-code---that's what the post-processor is for.
