Lock layer feature request

It would be nice to be able to lock a layer from positional moves but still allow you to select it for toolpath operations. I can't tell you how many time I have to leave a layer unlocked so I can select the elements and then inadvertently move elements using the arrow keys when switching to Mach3.

You can select a locked layer in a toolpath already via the Vector Selection (bottom of the form) part of the toolpath.
