I see and watched a video on the new picture editing tools in Vcarve 9.5.
I loaded a picture and played with the tools. After you have completed
the editing there is nothing you can do. There is no tool path that can use
the edited picture. In the video they leave you at the finished picture but
nothing more. What did I miss.
Thank You
Don

Re: Picture editing
The idea is that you toolpath it the same way you would in previous versions (bitmap trace with VCarve and/or Bitmap to Model in Aspire).
The picture editor saves you having to do a lot of the work that had to be done in external programs first such as borders, greyscale conversion etc. If you never had or wanted to do that before then you're not going to see a benefit.

Re: Picture editing
Don,
It simply allows you to perform simple editing of a bitmap before using it.
It's only a matter of preparing the bitmap inside the software rather than switching back and forth between the software and an external image editor before you're able to trace it or convert it to a relief (Aspire).
