Resizing Help

Post by Daner »

I would like to make a project smaller

Is there a way I can highlight all the vectors and scale it all down.

I have a 16" clock, and I would like to make a 10 " and a 8"

Please point me in the right direction

Thanks

Hi Daner,

You can resize anything to any size you want (manually “by eye” (using the bounding box handles around your selection), or precisely by using the Set Size Tool).

Check your owner's manual for more details, if necessary. Just use the search term "set size".

Click check the box here and then make necessary adjustments in the Job Size Box above.

I was able to downsize this clock and all vectors include doing this. Of course there will be a requester that comes up to recalculate toolpaths be sure to say okay! I will also note that you may want recheck vectors such as hole size for clockworks for proper size, adjust and re-calc toolpath!

A quick and dirty way to re-size but as I said above some things you may want to re-check and adjust as necessary!
