90 Degree Vbit

Post by cusoak »

I want to buy a 90 Degree bit that is 1.25 in dia with a .25 shank to make some miter fold boxes.
I need the tip to come to a point, so as to not have a flat bottom.
Was wondering where I can find a good one.

Im looking for a good 60 degree bit and looked on that magnate site i found several there. But do you guys recommend any great 60 deg bits for fine detail on like fine carvings like eagles and things of that nature? also for fine small text.

what is a lettering v bit? thanks

The CMT Laser Point 60° bits are great. They are 1/2" inch. The 858.001.11 has a 1/4" shank and the 858.501.11 has a 1/2" shank.

A lettering V bit does NOT come to a sharp point.
