Will VCarve Pro 9.0 be upgrading to 9.5 also? I've heard people say yes but then I have also heard after 2 years there is a fee.
Any truth to this information?

It's here! You should be able to download VCarve Pro & Desktop v9.5 as of today. We tend to release the products in sequence, over a few days, so we can regulate the load on our internet infrastructure and improve the process as we go - hence the short delay.
