I can't find my users control pan
Where do I look for it.
Went FAQ and that did not help.

In relation to what? The forum or portal etc?
For the forum it's a button on the top left of each page just under the Vectric banner. If you're on a phone or tablet then you need to click the button with the three arrows on it in the same place and then the User Control Panel is the first item on that list.

Just to add to what Adrian has said you have to be logged into the forum to see the user control panel. if it's your customer portal you are looking for then just click on product support & the link will come up along with all the other support topics
