I have vcarve desktop. Do I need to upgrade to use STF files. Pro or Aspire. I would like to do some 3d stuff but the files I have found are all stf and I cannot import them. Thanks

VCarve Pro will allow you to import one STL per project (you can make as many copies/duplicates of that same one as you want).

Aspire has no limit...you can import as many different STL models as you want in a project. Plus, you have all the tools to edit, cut apart, reassemble, customize, Sculpt and make your own models from scratch, too.

A STF file is a Microsoft temporary file and can't be open with Vectric. Try a STL file.

I think he just made some typos. I assume he means STL (not STF). The title of the post says STL anyway.

Figured it out in Desktop. Was just a resizing problem. Hopefully cnc projects go better then my typing.
