I just up graded to V Carve Pro from Cut2d desktop.
When I delete the cut2d program what happens to my files that I made that Program?
Also do I need to download the Gadgets and Clipart separtely
If so where do I go to do that.

The Clipart is in your portal account and can be downloaded from there.
You can download any additional gadgets you might need from http://gadgets.vectric.com
Uninstalling Cut2D will not remove any files that you have created with it. You might want to export your tool database first if there is anything in there that you want to move over to VCarve.

Can I save my design files from cut2d to some place else may be under a different name and then be able to open them in Vcarv pro

The files are just like any other in Windows programs. You can save them anywhere you like. Cut2D and VCarve use the same file type (CRV) so once you've installed VCarve the files should open in VCarve when you double click them.

If you have the room on your hard drive, I would just leave the original program on the drive! It's not going to hurt anything by leaving it there.

You'll need to contact support@vectric.com about that. This is primarily a user to user support forum and there's nothing we can really do about an issue like that.
