I'm looking to expand the clipart library provided to me by VCARVE.
I'm specifically looking for borders, and more specific than that Baroque style borders, most I have found online have vectored terribly and have not been up to my work standards. If you guys have any recommendations of places to find vectors I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Have you looked at the Mega Art collections from vectorart.com? If you shop around you can usually find them for a good price.

The other option is to learn how to use the drawing & node editing tools within the software & draw from scratch using the bitmap as a template rather than trying to autotrace, takes a bit of time to become proficient but once you are you would be surprised just how quickly you can recreate things yourself, quite often if you examine a design you will see a lot of elements that are repeated, resized, rotated, mirrored etc etc which can save a lot of time when it comes to how much you actually have to draw
