I have noticed in the past and now that Vcarve makes little holes when carving.
They are deeper then the v Carve and because it goes down much deeper then
the carving it is quite noticeable. Why and how do I prevent it from doing this.
It also takes time for the machine to run around and make these holes.
Sometimes it does then at the beginning and sometimes after. Here are some
screen shots. I do have Predator G-code reader I am not very good at it.
I will upload screen shots and G-code.

Re: Help holes in Vcarve
Is It always with the same font or does it do it on projects other than Text? I loaded into a toolpath simulator and it looks ok. What tool are you using and is it zeroed at the top of the material? Otherwise I have no idea.

Re: Help holes in Vcarve
Looks like you have overlapping vectors. Convert the text to curves and run Vector Validator tool.

Darn those over lapping vectors. I have banished them to parts unknown. LOL
