A simple design. Not my own but rather a CNC version of a project I saw in an email from one of the woodworker magazine sites.
Drawn up using Aspire, but saved as a .CRV file so VCarve or maybe even cut2D can open it. I haven't cut it out as I don't really need it. I just enjoy making CNC-able versions of woodworking projects that lend themselves for being cut out from one side. Adjust for whatever thickness of plywood or hardwood you use.

The holes on the center piece are for magnets so you can stick this to any steel/iron edges in your shop if you want. Cut from one 2.5" wide x 18mm thick strip of plywood. Simple Paper towel holder.

Re: Simple Paper towel holder.
This is perfect timing, I have been thinking about making a wooden paper towel holder for my kitchen remodel. Thanks for the file.

Glad you can use it. BTW it is for a 3/4" diameter dowel.
