I have a Piranha FX and am running VCarve 9. I am working on a simple bobbin for holding thread for weaving. The project is .125 in thick, 10 in long and about 1.5 inches wide with notch's on both ends. The gap for the notch's is about .5 inches.
Tool Path data: Tool .125 end mill, Vectors outside Right, Tabs (4) Length .25 depth .125
When I click on Calculate I get the error saying "No toolpath generated for current parameters. Check tool can fit into selected vectors at machining depth."
With the gap for the notch there should be no problem with the tool to make the part.
It worked fine on version 8.5.
See attached file.
Thanks for any help on this issue.

Re: Errir in generating Tool Path
You have two issues, one a Zero Length Span an the second, and the one causing the error, is a Intersection error.
Use the Vector Validator tool to show the problems.
The zero length span can be fixed by clicking the fix zero length span button.
The second will require a node edit to remove the intersection.
