Mirrored image cutting inside

I mirrored an profile. The original profiles on the outside and the mirrored cuts on the inside. I used to know how to fix this but it has been awhile since I have did it. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's supposed to be an open vector then you need to move the start node on one of the vectors. If it's supposed to be a closed vector then you need to use the join tool.
