This app was featured on This Old House. It's for keeping and inventory on appliances, etc. I plan to use it for all of my tools too. It connects your pic of the plate that has model #, serial # etc. to info such as the user manual, maintenance, parts etc.

The Sortly app on iPhone/web page is pretty good. It synchronizes between your devices. Easy to add photos. There’s a charge I think.
