Tool bit parking?

I'm having an issue with where the tool bit parks after finishing tool path, I have it set to park at Z.75 above X=0, Y=0 but it parks @ Z=0 and the G-Code shows Z= .75 in the last line of code. What am I missing here?

If the g-code says 0.75 and the machine parks at 0.00 I'd say check the control software for the machine.

Is this something that has started to happen just recently? Have you made any changes to your system or software, installed any new software or updates?

I would check the control software first as adze_cnc has suggested
