tool set up

I am trying to set a tool for Aluminum engraving.
It is a .020 dia 30degree single flute engraver
I am going to be engraving on Aluminum with the quick engrave fill option.
I set my tool at
.30 dia
side angle .15
flat dia .020
pass .01
stepover ????
Clearance ???
Spindle Speed ???
Feed Speed ???
Plunge Rate????
Can anyone help me out on this. I am working totally in the dark. New to this type of thing.
