I am trying to create three 0.375 holes using a 3/8" endmill bit. When I calculate the tool path the hole size doubles to .750
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I have attached the .crv file. Thanks for the help.

Easy one! You have the tool cutting on the line. If the bit is the same size use the Drill tool path with peck drilling. Or cut inside the line on a profile cut like you used. It's set to on the line, that is what doubled the hole size.
