In the '3D Roughing Toolpath' you have an option to cut more than the width of tool.
A 'Boundary Offset' measured in inches.
In the 'Drawing' tab there is a tool to 'Offset Selected Vectors in inches.'
Both allow you to set the offset in inches but the same value gives different results.
A .4 inch Offset Vector expands the area less than a .32 inch Boundary offset.
Is this a bug?
If not how can I make both offsets match each other without digging into my college Calculus books?
