clean up drawing
is it possible do cut or trimm a contour in VG, I can delete some points on a vector but if I have intersection can i split the crossing vectors to have 2 vectors an delete one of them?

I don't know if this is exactly what you want....
But if you right click with the node tool on a vector it gives you some options for cutting vectors at a given node. Its not really a trim function but could be used for what you want to do.
Simply create a node where you want to break the vector and then use the above command to break the vector at that point.
Good Luck,
Tim

example
this part I would like to cut.
I can insert a point but this point is not at the intersection of this to lines.

Re: example
True. There is no way, that I know of, to trim a vector in VCarve exactly to another vector.stoltoguzzi wrote:this part I would like to cut.

As Far as I know VCarve is not intended to be a CAD Modeler. To get the precision modeling you are looking for you need to use a CAD program.
Good Luck,

some modeling software
I will try now using some modeling software to clean up drawings, it looks promising...
