Can anyone vectorize this?

I am wanting to make a sign as a gift for a soldier who just came home, and I am fairly new to vcp and just cant get it drawn to my satisfaction. Here is the logo

Here's a start on it, at least. A lot of node editing. Could probably still use some more.

Thank you very much! It is the 1bstb part of the 1st cav division out of fort hood.
