corel x3 clipart

Post by Bob Reda »

How does one convert corelx3 clipart to be used for vcarvepro. I thought the clipart were vectors but when I try to import either as an .ai or dxf it won't do it and says "probably contains bitmap info"

You need to save the drawing in Corel as either an .AI or .DXF file before importing into V-Carve.

Hi Bob,

We recommend Exporting designs from Corel Draw using the EPS filter.

The key thing to remember is the design must include vector lines and
curves, and is not simply an image file.

I hope this helps,

Tony
