Hello. I create a new Vcarve file and there ist the point zero on top of the material. In 2D preview and on the machine starts the end mill a lot over the zero. Why this?
Whre is the problem to start on top of material.

I can't say for sure if it's the same in V-Carve, but in Aspire I would look at the Material setup / Home / Start Positions.
It's on the toolpath side

I found it, but I cannot say why there stands 103mm.
Now i chanched to 3mm and it looks beautiful.
Thank you. Great Forum!

Usually the home Z is set high so you can get the material out and/or change bits. If your home X/Y is over the material you're probably going to have to manually move the Z at the end of the job to get the material out.
Setting the Clearance (z1) setting which is where the Z will retract to while moving during the job to 3mm would be more usual.
