Run time gone haywire

have not used my cnc shark for a few months and completed a new project. In the vcarve project the run time is 4:37 but when I load the g code from the control panel it says 23:38. It will go to the first hole to drill but after it drills that hole It does not go to the next one until It has drilled the first one 4 or 5 times. Max depth is .080 but it is traveling down each time it stays at that hole.I have checked everything I can think of to see if I unknowingly changed something. I have loaded another project and that runs fine.Thanks
