Edge Lit Sign Help

Hello. I've seen some really cool edge lit sign projects here on the forum. I am planning on attempting this myself. My question is what is the best material to use and where is a trusted place to source it? Thanks.

I make edge lit signs more often with my laser but use clear cast acrylic. I've found estreetplastics.com to be a decent source of material and their prices are better than most places I've found for smaller quantities. Enjoy!

Cast acrylic is generally used for this type of work, there are people who use other materials but cast acrylic would always be my first choice of material for edgelit signs.

Try a search on the forum because I am sure that some of the posts about edge lit panels mention some places to buy from, I'm in the UK so don't pay that much attention when suppliers on your side of the pond are mentioned
