Hi All,
I thought I would share with you all my project I have been working on throughout the year of buying and converting a van into a campervan.
This would be my first "BIG" project I have ever done.
I took a van that looked like this..
had it repainted to everybodies liking...... to this
And somehow I ended up with this.
That was my prototype.
I then went from that, to my finished conversion.
If you want to follow my story on how I went from start to finish, grab yourself a coffee and click the links below to go to my Vectric Labs posts.

NICE Sean!!
A bit like a Chinese puzzle putting it together to fit in a defined space, and not forget the thickness of a piece of ply somewhere.
Congrats!

Thanks both & It certainly felt like one! It went something like, measure, measure and measure again. The hardest part for me was trying to plan and avoid things like the wheel arches and the metal structures that made up the sides, whilst also trying to maximize every bit of space at the same time. Even when I got that right I did manage to forget to offset one of my pocket cuts for the cupboard units and it just would not go together, luckily that was my prototype.scottp55 wrote:NICE Sean!!

Sean,
What a fantastic outcome! Very, very cool. (Do you have any hair left after all that?)
