I made these out of Corian. Just used a 1/8 end mill and design it in Cut2D

I like these. I particularly like the matching colour of the screw heads, which is a nice touch.
What speeds and feeds did you use?

That's a good idea. It gets the cog moving for sure. Heck just do a series of those and you have a nice gift set. Thank for posting.
