Welcome to the Vectric Forum WoodMan. I'm sure we can help but we might need some more info.
So your doing a profile cut on the outside of the selected Vector with a endmill. But your corner shows up in the preview as a Radius? Is this correct?
Do your vectors intersect at a 90?

I think you are getting confused by the shape

See the picture below.

Image

Both the profiles in red will perform a square corner.
The one on the left will do so as it moves in two linear moves.
The one on the right will do as it it rolls round the fixed corner [ shown in yellow ] then moves as a linear move.

I wish I could help you out but without seeing the file I'm drawing a blank.
You can save the file with the .crv extension by clicking _>File / save as.
In the Vectric forum you can attach the file below the area where you type. Under the Header "Upload attachment. Just click browse and then locate the file on your hard drive and then click add the file.
When you submit your post the file will show up as a attachment.
If you don't wish to post the file you can email it to me
CRFultz at gmail.com. and I'll take a look at it and machine it if necessary and try to identify the problem.

Glad to hear it came out OK.

I should have keyed on your description about square OUTSIDE corners, which matches my recent thread about cutting square corners with round cutters and peoples' responses thereto.
